Total Flex Gym Proposed For Waukesha Neighborhood

According to meeting documents, the proposal is to use the 5,200 sq. ft. existing building on-site for the gym and fitness center.

WAUKESHA, WI -- The owners of a health and fitness club are going before Waukesha officials this week in order to set up a new gym on Waukesha's south side.

On Wednesday, members of the Waukesha Plan Commission will hear the request from the owners of Total Flex Gym. They are proposing to set up a 5,200 square-foot gym on the property at 400 S. West Ave.

According to meeting documents, the proposal is to use the 5,200 sq. ft. existing building on-site for the gym and fitness center.

Official records say that there is parking for up to 90 vehicles on site. Proposed hours of operation are 4 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week.

City documents report that city officials suspect these hours will not create a conflict with the surrounding industrial properties in the area.
