Uncooperative Drunk Driver Arrested
A drunk driver was taken into custody Sunday night just after 10:30 p.m. near the intersection of W. Moreland Blvd. and Delafield St.
According to the police report, a driver driving a silver Honda Fit was swerving and breaking and almost hit a curb near the courthouse.
Police made contract with the driver and took him into custody just before 11 p.m. Police advised the jail that the female driver was uncooperative following her arrest.

A white Plymouth and a silver coupe were involved in an auto accident just after 5 pm near the intersection of E Broadway/N East Ave. No injuries were reported on the scene, except that the female in the white van said her head hurt.

A female had a verbal and physical fight with her husband while she was in his car on the Gasthaus grounds. According to the report, she left on foot with her two teenage boys and feared for her safety that he might have been driving around trying to find them.
Polcie responded to the incident and made contact with the male, who was taken into custody a short time later.
