The concert band is the largest ensemble within the Air National Guard Band of the Midwest and utilizes the talents of all 46 unit members to represent a vast musical heritage of the United States Air Force. The diverse talent within the group allows excellence in performance to be heard in symphonic literature, marches, patriotic and popular selections. The Concert Band embarks on an annual summer tour throughout the area including Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska and also performs every December at the prestigious Midwest Band and Orchestra Convention in Chicago, IL.
