Six candidates are vying for elected positions representing the Village of Pewaukee, in the upcoming Spring elections. The openings are for President, currently served by incumbent Jeff Knutson, and three Trustee positions, currently served by Edmund Hill and Bob Rohde, with the third incumbent retiring.
The Pewaukee Chamber of Commerce has historically held candidate debates, however it has been decided to move to a Town Hall format with candidates stating their background and position on current issues of importance, followed by questions from the audience. This format allows the discussion to focus on issues as voiced by resident voters in the village of Pewaukee.
The Town Hall Forum is slated to take place at Pewaukee High School auditorium at 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, on Thursday, March 21, 2019. Residents are requested to arrive by 6:15 pm to assure a prompt start to the Town Hall Forum.
