If you’re still experiencing low water pressure, rusty water, or some air in your plumbing, please run the cold water in your lower-level laundry tubs or your outside hose bib until the rusty colored water is clear.

Only after the water returns to normal should laundry and other water projects be resumed. If there is no water or reduced pressure at your kitchen sink, you may want to unscrew the aerator at the end of the kitchen faucet and rinse out the screen before placing it back in. If discolored water or no water persists, please contact the Water Utility at 262-521-5272.
