Waukesha Cease And Desist Letter To Mom Organizer

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha mom Tahra Loy says the Waukesha School District sent her a cease and desist letter for her role in attempting to organize a local school walkout to honor the 17 people who died in the Parkland, Florida shooting. District officials say it's against policy to use the name of the school district to promote a political activity that also encourages its participants to break school rules. The district also said they've been in contact with Loy in an unsuccessful attempt to get her to remove documentation from online.
