Waukesha Council To Approve Downtown Parking Changes: Report
The changes, which have been recommended for a number of city lots to address a variety of issues, are as follows:

WAUKESHA, WI — The Waukesha Common Council will be voting on a raft of downtown parking rule changes on Tuesday, March 20. The changes, which have been recommended for a number of city lots to address a variety of issues, are as follows:
- Establish No Parking, 2:00 am to 5:00 am Except with Permit in Municipal Lots 2, 6 and 7.
- Allow 3-Hour Parking, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Except with Permit for all stalls in Municipal Lot 6. Previously designated 30 minute parking stalls on the northwest corner shall remain unchanged.
- Allow 3-Hour Parking, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Except with Permit for all stalls in Municipal Lot 8.
- Create two handicap parking stalls in Municipal Lot 9. Two stalls will be located in the northwest most corner of the lot.
- Establish No Parking, 2:00 am to 5:00 am Except with Permit for all parking stalls on the west side of Municipal Lot 9 excluding the two handicap parking stalls.
- Allow 3-Hour Parking, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Except with Permit for all stalls in Municipal Lot 11. Previously designated three - 15 minute parking stalls at the north end of the east row by library shall remain unchanged.
- Modify the existing parking designation of “Permit Parking Only, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm” to be for Monday to Friday only for said designated stalls in Municipal Lot 12.
- Allow 3-Hour Parking, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays for all stalls in Municipal Lot 12 excluding those designated for city maintenance vehicles.
