Waukesha County Drug Takeback Scheduled For October 23

This is an opportunity for residents to get rid of unused and expired prescription drugs, as well as needles and sharps.

WAUKESHA, WI β€” The Waukesha County Sheriff's Department announced a prescription drug collection will take place October 23, 2021.

The take back is from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Sussex Pick 'n Save, N65 W24838 Main Street in Sussex.

This is an opportunity for residents to get rid of unused and expired prescription drugs, as well as needles and sharps. The Sheriff's Department and Pick n' Save pharmacy staff will dispose of these items safely.
