Waukesha Moves 4 Polling Places For April 2 Election

Citing concerns over potential voters interacting with students, four polling places have been moved. Here's a map showing the changes:

WAUKESHA, WI — Citing security concerns with potential voters interacting with students in Waukesha Schools, officials have moved four polling places in the city for the Tuesday, April 2, 2019 spring election. Postcards were mailed to voters impacted by this change, city officials noted.

Here are the changes:

  • Ald. Dist. 7 (wards 16 and 17)- Vote at St. John Neumann , 2400 Les Paul Parkway (previously Prairie School)
  • Ald. Dist 10 (wards 22, 23 and 24) Vote at National Guard Armory, 311 Walton Ave. (previously South High School)
  • Ald. Dist 13 (wards 32, 33 and 34) Vote at Ascension Lutheran, 1415 Dopp St. (previously Bethesda School)
  • Ald. Dist 15 (wards 37 and 38) vote at St. William Campus, 444. N. Moreland Blvd. (previously Blair School)
