Wisconsin's home services dispatch platform

Zwivio Home-Service Dispatch

Zwivio is a Wisconsin-based home-service dispatch platform that helps homeowners connect with qualified local service businesses through a governed dispatch process instead of traditional lead distribution. Rather than broadly selling or sharing a homeowner’s contact information with multiple businesses, Zwivio coordinates each service request based on factors such as service type, availability, coverage area, and dispatch fit. Homeowner contact information is released only after a service business is officially assigned or otherwise confirmed under the rules for that request type. No callback flood. No competing callbacks. Zwivio is currently building its Dispatch Network across Southeast Wisconsin and is onboarding home-service businesses throughout Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington, and Waukesha counties. The network supports a growing range of home-service trades, including heating and cooling (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, landscaping, roofing, pest control, water heaters, drain and sewer, appliance repair, garage doors, water damage restoration, handyman services, painting, and cleaning. Service availability depends on location, trade, request type, and participating businesses. For home-service businesses: Zwivio delivers structured job opportunities by text—no app is required to receive offers. There is no cost to join the Dispatch Network, no monthly subscription, no upfront fees, and no charge to receive, review, decline, or miss an offer. Service businesses pay only after a job is officially assigned to them under the applicable dispatch rules. Offers are matched based on factors such as service area, readiness, availability, and dispatch fit. Zwivio also provides Field Console and Field Console Pro to help service businesses manage dispatch activity, customers, scheduling, estimates, invoices, and day-to-day operations. For homeowners: One coordinated request replaces calling multiple businesses or managing competing callbacks. Homeowner contact information remains private until a service business is officially confirmed for the job. Whether the need is emergency service or a scheduled appointment—such as someone available next Wednesday between noon and 4 PM—homeowners submit one request, and Zwivio works to coordinate the best available match based on the requested service window and participating service businesses.
