391 Guns Found in Wauwatosa Home; Man Accused of Illegal Dealing
Used guns bought at statewide Gander Mountain stores reportedly slated for sale on Gunbroker.

WAUWATOSA -- A Wauwatosa man will plead guilty in federal court to illegally dealing firearms and will remove almost 400 guns he had in his home, the Journal Sentinel has learned.
Daniel Pelate, 61, has agreed to pay a $50,000 fine and will likely face 2 years probation, the Journal Sentinel reports.
The 391 guns found through a search warrant conducted on his property were obtained at 13 Gander Mountain stores in Wisconsin. Pelate would recruit store employees to let him know when guns were available and deliver a kickback for the news, the Journal Sentinel has reported.
