Battery Recycling Now Available in Wauwatosa

WAUWATOSA, WI — The Wauwatosa Department of Public Works has been receiving increased inquiries regarding the proper disposal of household batteries, according to officials.
Because of this, the department has placed containers to collect household batteries at City Hall by the Clerk’s Office, Outside the Lower Civic Center, and The Public Works Building. Just look for the bucket!
City Hall is located at 7725 W. North Ave. and is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

The Public Works building is located at 11100 W. Walnut Rd. The drop-off center is open Tuesday and Saturday Only from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
