So, technically, Saz's isn't in Wauwatosa. But so what? Tucked, as it is, into an older industrial corridor and just a few blocks east of our border, Tosa can claim this classic spot as a true neighborhood rib joint.

Since 1976, when it began serving its tasty barbecued ribs, Saz's State House on State Street has been a popular choice for Milwaukee area food lovers. The restaurant is still family-owned and operated, and offers customers a casual and relaxing atmosphere.

At Saz's, its all about serving high quality and tasty food, and offering a friendly atmosphere for visitors... no bells or whistles. The restaurant offer a wide range of home-style cooking, including its famous baby back ribs.
