Revolution Natural Running Partners with Perpetual Prosperity Pumps Foundation to Provide Shoes to Vendors in Africa

Revolution Natural Running and Walking Center in Wauwatosa recently partnered with the Perpetual Prosperity Pumps Foundation  (PPPF), which takes donated, gently used athletic shoes and distributes them to vendors in Africa to be resold to residents who cannot afford to buy new running shoes. The funds from the used shoe sales go toward providing training and tools to some of the poorest rural farmers in the world.  

“The shift to minimalist running has left a lot of people with closets full of old shoes,” said Kyle Roberts, owner of Revolution. “We partnered with PPPF to take those old shoes that aren’t being used anymore and turn them into a wonderful opportunity for African farmers.”

Revolution is the first and only PPPF donation center in the state of Wisconsin. The public is invited to bring their gently used athletic shoes to Revolution, located at 11700 West North Avenue in Wauwatosa, during regular business hours.
