Centraal, Hollander, Benelux and Buckatabon All Reopening Friday
Cafe Benelux, Hollander, Centraal and Buckatabon Tavern are all reopening for carryout service after they closed in mid-March.

WAUWATOSA, WI β The owners of several Milwaukee-area restaurants who closed down in early April are now reopening for carryout service starting Friday.
The Lowlands Group, owners of Cafe Centraal, Cafe Hollander, Cafe Benelux and Buckatabon made the announcement on Tuesday. Closed since late March prior to the statewide shutdown, the groupβs eight total locations β seven in Milwaukee and one in Madison β will now offer carryout, curbside and delivery service.
βAfter taking the time to thoughtfully consider how we could reopen safely for both our customers and employees, weβre thrilled to announce that weβre back,β said Eric Wagner, Lowlands Group CEO in a statement.

The restaurant group said each location will have an adjusted menu β one that offers more carryout-friendly options, including some street food. Here is a summary.

- Buckatabon Tavern and Supper Club (Wauwatosa)
Buckatabonβs menu highlights include prime rib, BBQ ribs, lasagna and fish fry β along with drink packages and brunch on Sunday. Since the restaurantβs recent debut, menu additions include a buffalo chicken bucket, urban cowboy cheeseburger, and new frozen to-go treats including pudding shots and frozen grasshoppers. A new Old Fashioned Milkshake IPA is now available in growlers, the result of a collaboration with Eagle Park Brewing Company.

To-go from CafΓ© Benelux new menu items include a Nashville hot chicken bucket and walleye fish fry on Friday nights. A free all-purpose Lux Domes mug will be added to all drink packages.
- CafΓ© Hollander (Downer Avenue, Wauwatosa, Madison, Mequon and Brookfield)
Street grub fare will be offered at the five CafΓ© Hollander locations: mac and cheese croquettes, fish bites, big street pretzel, bitterballen and frites.
CafΓ© Hollanderβs family-friendly fare includes grand cafΓ© classic salads, sandwiches, burgers, kids meals and new "bucket" dinners: Red Light fried chicken legs and Hollander fish fry. Drink packages include Lowlands Brewing Collaborative growlers.
- Centraal Grand CafΓ© & Tappery (Bay View)
The restaurantβs tap curations are available in trio crowler packages comprised of three different biers, with a free crowler coozie. New to-go food items include a Peri-Peri fried chicken bucket.
