- Plan Commission (October 11, 6:00 pm) will have a public hearing related to a conditional use permit at 11728 W North Avenue for a liquor store
- Transportation Affairs (October 12, 6:00 pm) will discuss:
- removing parking lanes to add bike lanes on N. 68th Street repaving project between Honey Creek Parkway and Wisconsin Avenue
- a loading zone permit at 6745 W. Wells Street for Colectivo Coffee Roasters
- a request for a 90 day trial parking regulations on 97th, 98th, 99th, 103rd, and 104th Streets between Wisconsin Avenue and Blue Mound Road

- an ordinance amending the municipal code to create a no parking zone in front of Luther Manor located at 4545 N. 92nd Street
- Government Affairs (October 12, 6:30 pm) will talk about:
- a fireworks permit at the homecoming football game at Wisconsin Lutheran College on October 23, 2021 for the duration of the football game
- the Committee for Citizens with Disabilities report
- review of City social media policies
- an update on City redistricting process and timelines
- Community Affairs (October 12, 7:30 pm) will hear a Board of Parks and Forestry Commissioners annual report, a request for a planned unit development at 9480 Watertown Plank Road for a mixed use development, and an extension of the Tosa Restarts Temporary Regulatory Relief Program.
- Financial Affairs (October 12, 7:30 pm) will review the operating budget - specifically related to the Library, tourism, finance department, tax incremental districts, debt service, and non-departmental budgets. Additionally, the Financial Affairs Committee will likely go into closed session related to proposed terms including tax increment financing for the Irgens commercial development at Innovation Campus.

Meeting Format
The Common Council passed a resolution to have hybrid city meetings. This means that the elected officials and public may attend in person or virtually, under a few conditions: universal mask use, physical distancing, staying home if sick, and a virtual option for high-risk individuals.
