On Saturday, May 21, 2106 at 7:00 pm, the Concord Chamber Orchestra (CCO) will present the fourth and final concert of its 2015-16 Season “Music to Our Years: A Retrospective” at St. Matthew’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Wauwatosa. The Life Begins at 40 concert continues the CCO’s 40th anniversary season theme, in which each of the four concerts features audience and musician favorites from each of the orchestra’s first four decades.
Life Begins at 40 on May 21 celebrates Concord’s fourth decade under the baton of conductor Jamin Hoffman, who looked to the future of the CCO and contemporary music by building relationships with current composers and local soloists and increasing the orchestra’s visibility. The concert features soprano Erin Sura.
