Custom Lighting Fixture Store Moves into the Village
Magnolia & Co. is closed and will be replaced by Filament, a company that sells custom lighting fixtures.
The former Magnolia & Co. space at 1442 Underwood Avenue is being remodeled and is scheduled to open by the end of the month as Filament, a custom lighting fixture store.
Cindy Hein, owner of Heinsight leather boutique in the Village, said Filament would bring something different to the neighborhood.
“It’s nice to see more diversity in the village,” said Mrs. Hein.
