Drunk Driving Arrests on Area Highways This Weekend

Here are the results from the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office Drunk Driving special enforcement initiative this weekend.

MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputies focused on busting drunk drivers on the highways over the weekend. This weekend’s Operation Drive Sober initiative, from Friday at 4:00 p.m. through Sunday at 6:00 a.m., resulted in the arrest of 16 drunken drivers. The average PBT result was .14. According to information released by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's office, here is the list of drivers:

Felony DUI-4th offense:

  • Martin Gyorgy IV, age 30, Racine
  • Joseph Keleman, age 27, Racine

DUI-2nd offense:

  • Tariq Abdullah, age 29, Milwaukee
  • Tracery McVicker, age 25,Milwaukee

First-time offenders taken into custody were:

  • Matthew Polcyn, age 25; Milwaukee
  • Bradley Wooten, age 32; Milwaukee
  • Michael Peterson, age 55; Milwaukee
  • Jesus Herrera, age 22; Milwaukee
  • Nura Amin, age 27; Milwaukee
  • Marvin Carter, age 45; Milwaukee
  • Justin Jones, age 31; Milwaukee
  • Tawanda Wilcher, age 35 Milwaukee
  • Giovanny Vazquez, age 28, Hales Corners
  • Jessica Janicki, age 25, Hales Corners;
  • Christopher Beardsley, age 56, Lake Geneva;
  • Willie Bowman, age 47, of Downers Grove, Illinois.
