WAUWATOSA, WI - Voters in Wauwatosa picked Mary Lockwood as the person in Wauwatosa's City Council First District who will challenge incumbent Matthew Stippich in the April 3 election. Also in April, voters will see several municipal races with candidates who are running unopposed. Districts 5, 6, and 7 feature contested races.
