'Frankenstein' Accused of 15 Power Tool Thefts in area Since July
The suspect was so well-known to store security at Home Depot, that loss prevention staff began referring to him as "Frankenstein."

WAUWATOSA -- Police are looking for a 42-year-old Milwaukee man faces up to 10-and-a-half years behind bars after stealing more than $22,000 from Home Depot in Franklin and Wauwatosa.
According to his criminal complaint, Kyrus Porch, 32, Milwaukee, was so well-known to store security at Home Depot, that loss prevention staff began referring to him as "Frankenstein."
Upon the statement of a loss prevention officer for Home Depot, at the above times and places he observed defendant (sometimes in the company of others but usually acting alone) take power tools from Home Depot without paying for them and without the consent of Home Depot.

The loss prevention officer also stated that defendant became so well-known among the loss prevention staff at Home Depot, and the Lowe’s about a mile away, that they had given defendant the nickname “Frankenstein.”
The officer told police he observed via surveillance video defendant taking the merchandise listed and also stated that he, and sometimes also a Home Depot cashier, recognized defendant as their “Frankenstein” in each of the below-listed incidents positively identified defendant for Wauwatosa police in a photo line-up.

Complainant states that he compiled the store video and details for each of the listed offenses.

Company officials state that the total loss to Home Depot is $22,006 for all charged and read-in offenses.
Officials stated that neither the Wauwatosa nor Franklin police departments have been able, as of this time, to locate and arrest defendant, who may have moved to Arkansas, and therefore a warrant is requested for his arrest.
