GE Laying Off Workers At Wauwatosa Campus
Company officials said the layoffs will go into effect by this January.

WAUWATOSA, WI -- GE Global Operations has announced that the company is laying off 63 people at its Wauwatosa campus.
According to a mass-layoff notice filed Monday with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, a total of 63 workers will be laid off this January 19, at 9900 Innovation Drive in Wauwatosa.
According to a JSOnline report this week, a majority of the layoffs are in the accounts receivable department. The entire facility will not be closed.
