Man Charged with Taking Bank Credit Card from Tosa Woman's Home
Suspect used the card to buy things and withdraw $500 from an ATM.

A 38-year-old Wauwatosa man is facing charges after he stole a bank credit card from a woman and then used it to make purchases and withdraw $500 from the victim’s bank account.
Aaron J. Dillard was charged Friday in Milwaukee County Circuit Court with two counts of unauthorized use of a person’s identification. If convicted, he faces up to 12 years in prison and $20,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint, Dillard took the card from the woman’s home in the 600 block of North 116th Street and on Feb. 1, he took it to , 1717 N. Mayfair Road, where he bought a gift card and other items, then went to Potawatomi Bingo and Casino where he withdrew $500 from an ATM.

The victim was able to identify him from surveillance photos of the transactions, but said he told her his name was Andrew Shkurdyuk. Police were able to track him back to his apartment complex where his landlord gave police his correct name.
Dillard is currently being held in Milwaukee County Jail on $600 cash bail.
