Man Points Handgun At Wauwatosa Driver in Road Rage Incident

Wauwatosa police arrested the driver of a vehicle and a passenger in the 7600 block of W. North Ave. He was later arrested on drug charges.

WAUWATOSA, WI — Wauwatosa police arrested the driver of a vehicle and a passenger in the 7600 block of W. North Ave. on June 10, just before 8 p.m. on a reported road rage incident.

According to police reports, the driver pointed a handgun at another driver near the intersection of Swan Blvd. and W. North Ave.

The driver was subsequently arrested for endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon, and was also charged with carrying a concealed weapon.

The handgun used in this case had its serial number filed off.

The female passenger of the vehicle was arrested along with the male driver after it was reported that both were in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
