Milwaukee Art Museum Hosts Kohl's Art Generation Open Studio: Winter Warm-Up!

There’s only a week left to visit the Milwaukee Art Museum and Kohl’s Art Generation Studio for the January theme, Winter Warm-Up! In conjunction with the theme, families can make art and share creativity with Milwaukee-area children by creating colorful, artful patches to be added to quilts for families of Penfield Children’s Center.

The KAG Studio is open every day the Museum is open, so there are plenty of opportunities throughout the month to make art that benefits other local children and families. And, kids 12 and under get one free cup of hot cocoa from The Coffee Shop on Saturdays and Sundays in January. While the Museum doesn’t have a feature exhibition in January, there is a suggested admission donation of $5 instead of regular admission prices. This is applicable through February 5th.

As always, Kohl’s Art Generation events and programs are free with Museum admission. Kids 12 and under are always free!
