Wauwatosa East scored first on Matt Schmidt's 38-yard field goal, but Nicolet came back to defeat the Red Raiders 28-10 on Friday night at Hart Park.

Kyle Vnuk threw a fourth-quarter touchdown pass to Josh Smentek for the Red Raiders' other score.

Tosa East (1-1) hosts Menomonee Falls on Friday.
