Topics this week during city meetings include:

• Community Development Authority (February 2, 12:00 pm) will discuss proposals related to the Blanchard Street Parking Lot redevelopment. See the proposals. The committee's discussion will likely be in closed session.
• Common Council (February 2, 7:30 pm) will discuss:
  • the approval of a land division by certified survey map at 2506 Wauwatosa Avenue related to Cardinal Capital
  • amending the zoning map at 2506 Wauwatosa Avenue
  • approving preliminary plans at 2506 Wauwatosa Avenue for a multi-unit residential development
  • approving a fund transfer for the purchase of trees and planting materials
  • approving a contractor with ReCollect Systems for the Waste Wizard web application
  • approving a beer and wine application for Egg & Flour located in Metcalfe's Market

The Common Council passed a resolution that all citizen committees, standing council committees, and Common Council meetings are to be held in virtual format through March 2, 2021. This means there will be no in-person attendance at city hall during meetings.
