  • Plan Commission (February 8, 6:00 pm) will have a public hearing related to Egg & Flour Pasta Bar at 6700 West State Street and a public hearing related to the Blue Mound Golf and County Club's request for an irrigation pond and pump station
  • Government Affairs (February 9, 6:30 pm) will discuss the Equity and Inclusion Commission report, virtual meetings currently set to expire March 2, 2021, and the complaint against Alderperson Welch by John Vassallo.
  • Transportation Affairs (February 9. 6:30 pm) will discuss two ordinances related to "No Turn on Red when Children are Present" and parking regulations on North 93rd St. They will also discus bike accommodations on the N. 68th St repaving project.
  • Community Affairs (February 9, 7:30 pm) will talk about removing the licensure requirement for placing concrete for sidewalks and driveways in Wauwatosa, an eating establishment modification at 2930 North 117th St, a zoning map amendment and preliminary plans at 10845 West Blue Mound Road and 301 North Mayfair Road, and an update related to Tosa Restarts.
  • Financial Affairs (February 9, 7:30 pm) will hear from the City Assessor related to the rescission of certain personal property tax accounts.
  • Community Development Authority (February 10, 12:00 pm) will discuss proposals related to the Blanchard Street Parking Lot redevelopment. See the proposals. The committee's discussion will likely be in closed session.

The Common Council passed a resolution that all citizen committees, standing council committees, and Common Council meetings are to be held in virtual format through March 2, 2021. This means there will be no in-person attendance at city hall during meetings.
