Committees will discuss a special event permit for Camp Bar on October 17, extending hybrid meeting format, and a quarterly update on American Rescue Plan Act spending

Topics this week during city meetings include:

• Government Affairs (September 7, 6:00 pm) will talk about:
  • a special event permit for Camp Bar at 6600 W North Avenue to be held on October 17, 2021
  • a request to approve the equipment sharing agreement between Milwaukee County Fire Departments
  • an ordinance to create line 51 Wisconsin Statutes section 943.145 Criminal trespass to a medical facility
  • 2021 Administrative Services Annual Report
  • consideration of an amendment relating to permanent use of "hybrid" virtual/in-person meetings for members, staff, and the public
  • extending the hybrid meeting format
• Financial Affairs (September 7, 7:15 pm) will discuss:
  • a quarterly update on American Rescue Plan Act spending
  • a request by the Human Resources Director to authorize a Worker's Compensation settlement
• Common Council meets at 7:30 pm and will discuss the agenda items listed above.

Meeting Format

Meetings may be all virtual or in a hybrid format. Please look at the individual agendas to see the meeting format for that specific meeting. For hybrid meetings, in-person attendance shall be open only to elected officials, city staff, and no more than four applicants that are named on meeting agendas.
