May 19, 2020

Starting May 26, 2020, the public can access City Hall to conduct in-person business with the city. We are following the State of Wisconsin’s Guidelines to safely reopen our buildings, provided by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation.

Here's what to know:

  • Please don't come into the building if you are sick. There are many city services available online, such as paying a water bill, searching for property information, looking up your garbage, yard waste, or recycling schedule, or submitting a service request.
  • Use the secure payment depository to make a payment (or use online payments or mail). The secure payment depository is located outside of City Hall near the employee entrance. Follow the signs in the parking lot to locate the secure payment depository.
  • Please have patience as we sanitize counters between uses to protect you, our team, and our neighbors.
  • If applicable, schedule an appointment with a city employee. We are continuing telework for some of our city staff during this time. Search the employee directory or submit a general request to be connected with a staff member. Most information can be provided at the front counter, but if you need an in-person meeting with a building inspector, for example, we recommend scheduling an appointment.
