We appreciate your help by always making sure your sidewalks are clear of snow during winter.

If you notice a property that hasn't cleared snow - consider a few options:

  1. We're a friendly community, and we recognize that sometimes people are unable to clear snow for a variety of reasons. Do you know this neighbor and if they are struggling with snow removal? Are you or someone else able to assist in removing snow? Can you recommend a snow removal service to them? Some neighborhood associations organize these efforts, too.
  2. You can report this sidewalk to us. We send a note to the property owner asking them to remove it within 24 hours. If they do not remove the snow, our team performs the work and charges the property owner.

Work completed by us is charged accordingly:

  • $100 dispatch fee
  • $1 per square foot for the first 30 feet
  • $2 per square foot after the first 30 feet
