Synergy At The Mayfair To Host Open House

WAUWATOSA, WI -- Synergy at The Mayfair Collection, a 270-unit luxury rental community in Wauwatosa, is hosting a grand opening celebration on Thursday, Nov. 15, from 4 to 7 p.m.

This development, which is located in the heart of The Mayfair Collection mixed-use center, the apartment community offers a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans in a highly walkable location, steps from popular restaurants and storefronts, including Whole Foods Market.

Developed by Milwaukee-based Fiduciary Real Estate Development Inc., Synergy features a host of lifestyle-oriented amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center, Wi-Fi café with complimentary coffee, green rooftop lounge with grills and fire pits, a club room with adjacent courtyard patio, dog run and pet spa, and bicycle repair station.

The grand opening will include guided tours of the amenities and model units, which showcase high-end finishes including contemporary wide-plank flooring and modern kitchens with quartz counter-tops, tile back-splashes and stainless-steel appliances.

Synergy is included in the third phase of The Mayfair Collection, developed by Chicago-based HSA Commercial Real Estate. An additional 50,000 square feet of retail is also planned for the project’s third phase.
