Wauwatosa Chamber Honors Foti Chiropractic With Regional Impact Award

Wauwatosa, Wis. – Foti Chiropractic, a longstanding natural health care provider and active member of the Wauwatosa community, has received the Wauwatosa Chamber of Commerce’s Regional Impact Award in recognition of its many charitable and educational outreach activities.

Foti Chiropractic most recently sent its third Make-A-Wish recipient, a 3-year-old girl from Mequon, to the Bahamas to fulfill her dream of swimming with dolphins. The successful campaign wrapped up another busy year, which included marching a camel in the Fourth of July parade, and regular appearances at schools, farmers markets, health fairs and numerous chamber member businesses.

The Regional Impact Award recognizes a company or person that has “demonstrated the ability to impact the Wauwatosa area” in several criteria, including ongoing community support, educational influence, support of the chamber and recognition as a market leader.

Foti Chiropractic will be honored with the Regional Impact Award Jan. 15 at the Wauwatosa Chamber 2015 Annual Community Showcase and Social, held at the Crowne Plaza Innovation West.

“We are honored and humbled to receive this award, especially knowing that our clinic was chosen from a very active, dedicated group of chamber member businesses,” said Dr. David J. Foti. “We have always believed that being a good community steward is part of doing business, and tremendously enjoy the warm responses and new relationships that come from helping others.”

Foti Chiropractic is a consistent presence at public events, offering free health screenings and pursuing a mission to improve the community’s health. Its outreach extends into volunteering at local schools, and providing financial support for nearly a dozen charitable and non-profit agencies.

The clinic made headlines in 2014 for raising nearly $10,600 to send two Make-A-Wish Wisconsin recipients on their dream vacations. Its “Make Another Wish” campaign followed a successful 2013 initiative that raised more than $10,000 to send a Make-A-Wish recipient and her family to Hawaii.

Founded by Dr. David J.
