Wauwatosa Governor Evers Issues Order To Limit Indoor Gatherings To 25% Capacity

Governor Evers issued an order to limit public gatherings to 25% capacity. This order is from October 8 through November 6, 2020.

Exceptions include:

• Child care settings
• 4K-12 schools and higher education
• Health care and public health operations
• Human services operations, such as long-term care and assisted living facilities
• Public infrastructure operations including food production and distribution centers, construction, airports, utilities, and more
• State and local government operations and facilities including polling locations
• Churches and other places of worship
• Political rallies, demonstrations, and other speech protected by the First Amendment
• State facilities under control of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Wisconsin Legislature
• Federal facilities under control of the federal government
