Wauwatosa Man Arrested in Racine County for 5th OWI

A breath test returned a BAC of .153 from the driver, which is nearly twice the legal limit in Wisconsin.

RACINE -- A Wauwatosa man was at it again behind the wheel when he was picked up for drunk driving for the fifth time - this time in Racine County over Halloween weekend.

Lovell Little, Jr., 48, has been charged with operating while intoxicated in four times prior: twice in 1991, 1995 and in 2006.

According to his criminal complaint, a Racine County Sheriff's deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Little near the KR off-ramp on I-94 on Oct. 30.

The complaint stated that a deputy observed the strong odor of intoxicants on Little from his car, and that Little had a hard time maintaining his balance as he exited the car.

The deputy administered three field sobriety tests, which Little reportedly failed on the scene.
