Wauwatosa Yard Waste Collection Starts In April
Yard waste is collected the week residents do not have recycling collection. Here's what the city will, and will not, collect:

WAUWATOSA, WI -- Spring is officially here, which means residents all across Wauwatosa will embark on those spring yard projects.
Wauwatosa officials said residential yard waste will be collected every other week beginning on April 15 and running through Oct. 11 on residents' assigned collection day.
Wauwatosa residents with questions can find their collection day on this interactive map. Or, can go to the homepage of Wauwatosa.net and type in the address in the myWauwatosa portal. Residents will see your trash, recycling, and yard waste collection dates.

Yard waste is collected the week residents do not have recycling collection. The city does not collect:
- grass clippings
- root balls
- vegetables
- stumps
- branches over 6 inches in diameter
- yard waste in plastic bags
If residents have excess yard waste, they can call the city of Wauwatosa at (414) 471-8422 for a pick-up, or bring it to the Drop Off Center for $5. The Drop Off Center is located at 11100 W. Walnut Road. Enter Walnut Road off of N. 116th Street.
