14-Year-Old Arrested Over Cell Phone Incident: Report
A 14-year-old pressed the home's holdup alarm button after her mother took her cellphone away, police said.

WHITEFISH BAY, WI — Authorities in Whitefish Bay say they had to arrest a 14-year-old Whitefish Bay girl following an incident with her cellphone.
According to Whitefish Bay police call logs, officers were called out to a home on the 4800 block of N. Larkin Street at just after 5 p.m. on Aug. 12 on a report of a hold up alarm.
Police responded and learned that the 14-year-old pressed the home's holdup alarm button after her mother took her cellphone away, police said. According to police, the same 14-year-old then became physical with police officers, and was arrested for obstructing an officer.

Police say she was transported to the police station, cited and later released to her parents.
