23 Whitefish Bay Masters swimmers achieve top 10 national rankings
23 Whitefish Bay Masters swimmers achieve National rankings.
Twenty three Whitefish Bay Masters swimmers achieved National top 10 rankings in the final list released recently.
Women’s 18+ (based on youngest age in the relay) 800 Free relay of Laurie Clausen, Heidi Fischer, Stephanie Bentley and Molly Woodford were ranked 4th.
The Women’s 35+ 800 Free Relay of Renee Scherck-Meyer, Crystal Toll, Jennifer Gruenwald and Cheryl Drury were also 4th Nationally.

The Women’s 45+ 800 Free Relay composed of Gigi Boswell, Beth Drolet, Debbie Katzman and Karen Kimple were 7th.
The men’s 45+ 800 Free relay of Dave Drury, Dan Kristl, Dave Clark and Dave Pasterski were 7th.

The mixed (2 men/2 women) 18+ 800 Free Relay of M. Woodford, Mark Meyer, Megan O’Brien, D. Clark was again 7th.
The mixed 25+ 400 Medley relay of S. Bentley, Mike Bentley, Grant Burrall and Sara Milia was 10th.
The Mixed 25+ 800 Free relay of G. Burall, M. Beltley, Katy Sommer and S. Milia was another 4th place relay nationally.
The Wisconsin Masters relay of H. Fischer, Rich Weiner, D. Clark and Jill Werner (the first 3 are WFB Masters swimmers) achieved a 10th place ranking.
Molly Woodford also achieved 2 top 10 individual times. Her 19:27.73 was ranked 3rd in the 1650 free for women 18-14, while her 11:46.25 in the 1000 yard ranked her 7th in the country.
The next session for Whitefish Bay Masters starts September 2nd.
