U.S. Cellular Celebrates Opening of Interactive, Digital Store in Glendale: High-concept store offers unique customer experience

Glendale, Wisc. (May 15, 2013) – Whether you prefer to call and text or you are a technology enthusiast who wants all the bells and whistles of a power-packed smartphone, U.S. Cellular (NYSE: USM) encourages customers to visit its new location in Glendale at the Bayshore Mall, 575 W. Northshore Drive opening on Mon., May 20 and also during its grand opening celebration on Thur., May 30 – June 2. A ribbon cutting ceremony with the Glendale Area Chamber of Commerce will be held on Thur., May 30 at 11:30 a.m. The public is invited to enjoy food and refreshments and experience everything the new store has to offer.

Moving from an inline store inside the Bayshore Mall that previously served U.S. Cellular customers, the new location will be outside the mall. The highly experiential store has a full service center and features interactive touch screens so customers can easily compare phones, features and plans. Customers and U.S. Cellular associates will be able to engage in a more comfortable shopping experience.

Customers can test out U.S. Cellular’s cutting-edge devices that include the 4G LTE Samsung Galaxy S^® 4^™ and other Android™-powered, Windows™ Phone and BlackBerry® devices. There is also a special ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ promotion on the Motorola M.  Customers will enjoy speeds of up to 10 times faster than 3G with the 4G LTE network in the Southeast Wisconsin area with U.S. Cellular.
