Creepy Caller Harassing Teen Babysitters Through Bay Leaves Classifieds

Whitefish Bay police are currently investigating a series of creepy phone calls received by area teens who posted ads in a local magazine.

WHITEFISH BAY, WI — Whitefish Bay police are currently investigating a series of creepy phone calls received by area teens who posted ads in a local magazine offering babysitting services.

According to a report from WITI this week, Whitefish Bay police say that children between the ages of 12 and 16-years-old have been getting phone calls in response for placing classified ads for babysitting services in the Bay Leaves.

The report states that the person calling these teens was not a parent looking for someone to watch their childre, but instead is a creepy man with an ulterior motive.

According to reports, the creepy man who was allegedly harrasing the teens in a "sexual nature", was using a disposable cell phone that was traced back to Arizona.

Since the incident, the Bay Leaves has omitted their classified section as police investigate.
