A driver caught speeding had more trouble on his hands when police came up to the car; A man's package went missing on Marlborough Drive.

Whitefish Bay police reported taking a walk-in theft complaint from a resident who stated that on Friday, April 21, he had an Amazon package containing a pair of red/black Saucony size 10.5 running shoes valued at $116.16 delivered to his house on the 5300 N Marlborough Dr. He said he never received the package. The theft reportedly occurred between 10:28 a.m. on April 21 and 9 a.m. on April 22.

A 25 year old Milwaukee man caught traveling 17 mph over the limit on April 29 near the intersection of E. Hampton Road and N. Anita Ave. was also cited for operating while intoxicated for suspected drug use.
According to police, an officer stopped a silver Hyundai, in the 200 block of E. Hampton Ave. for a speed violation and flashing red light violation.
The driver was taken into custody for OWI-1st. He was transported to Columbia St. Mary's Milwaukee for a legal blood draw and then to Whitefish Bay PD where he was cited, booked and later released to a responsible party.
