- Common core state standards including college and career readiness skills
- New state test to replace WKCE
- New state kindergarten literacy test
- Response to Instruction/Intervention
- New school accountability measures and reporting
- New student information system
- New educator effectiveness framework (teacher and principal evaluation models)
