One Night Only: A Celtic Step Back in Time
Celtic Roots-The Show delivers a true traditional Irish experience for everyone, incorporating Irish music, song and dance. Sean Beglan and Nora Corrigan, both former lead dancers of the world-renowned Riverdance show, share the stage with the local Rince Nia Irish Dancers. The voices of former Riverdance singer Derek Byrne and Mary Vey sing age-old melodies from Ireland and Scotland; Milwaukee Irish folk trio athas entertains with its energetic rhythms. An Irish dance versus American tap duel featuring guest performers from Danceworks adds a contemporary twist that makes this show rich in both talent and culture. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. for silent auction and raffle.
