Keep Veterans Warm!

Keep veterans warm this winter!

The Milwaukee North Sunshine Rotary and the Homeless Veterans will be collecting items to help keep veterans warm this winter. Warm coats, sweaters, hats, gloves and scarves for men and women vets are needed for this winter. Veterans also need blankets, comforters and (new) pillows.

Dennis Johnson, Executive Director of the Homeless Veterans Initiative, reminds us there are still homeless veterans living outside. Their special needs include sleeping bags, rain gear and backpacks.

Please bring items to the Fox Point Farmers' Market between 8-noon this Saturday, October 6. Thanks!
