Ex-Boyfriend Charged after 100 Breakup Texts in 1 Day, Trespassing
The female, who called police over the matter, told officers that this type of behavior had been an ongoing problem for several weeks.

WHITEFISH BAY -- A 45-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct after exhibiting troubling behavior after a breakup.
According to police, the man had messaged an ex-girlfriend more than 100 times on the evening of Oct. 24 and refuses to leave the female alone following the break-up.
The female, who called police over the matter, told officers that this type of behavior had been an ongoing problem for several weeks.

Officers made contact with the man, informing him that he was no longer welcome at the female's apartment, and that if he showed up, he would be arrested for trespassing.
He was also informed to immediately stop message the female or face unlawful use of telephone charges.
According to police, the man did not stop messaging the female, and was cited for unlawful use of a telephone.

Five days later on Oct. 29, police say he was at it again.
This time, police say he was highly intoxicated and attempting to break into the apartment building of his ex-girlfriend, who reported that he was screaming at her and banging on her car window so loudly it woke up residents in the building.
Police responded to the scene and took he into custody on a disorderly conduct charge.
He was booked, cited and transported to the Motel 6 with orders to have no contact with the ex-girlfriend.
