High School Pool Party Busted
A community liaison officer reported taking a loitering complaint at the Whitefish Bay H.S. On the evening of Monday, Jan. 30. Four high school students were found to be swimming in the Auxiliary Pool after hours and without permission. Citations were mailed to all four juveniles. Parents notified. The students were a 15 year old Whitefish Bay boys, 15 year old Milwaukee boy, and a 16 year old Whitefish Bay girl.
Traffic Stop Turns Physical
A 30 year old Milwaukee man was arrested after a traffic stop turned physical.
According to police, a Whitefish Bay police officer conducted a traffic stop on a green Chevy in the parking lot of One Hour Martinizing after observing the vehicle fail to stop at a red light. The man reportedly refused to identify himself, became very argumentative and was arrested for Resisting/Obstructing an Officer by the arresting officer. Glendale and Shorewood police departments were involved in the case.
The passengers allowed to leave and the man was transported to WFBPD where he was cited, booked and released.
