Jim Gosz to Coach Whitefish Bay Dominican Basketball

WHITEFISH BAY - Jim Gosz is following in his father's footsteps.

Milwaukee King's boys basketball coach for the past 26 seasons, has been named the new head coach at Whitefish Bay Dominican,according to a report this afternoon from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Gosz is a 1981 graduate of the school where his father, Don, coached most of his state hall of fame career. Gosz, 53, succeeds Derek Berger, who resigned to spend more time with his family after winning four state titles in four seasons, the Journal Sentinel reports.

Gosz takes over a team that will be one of the top Division 3 teams in the WIAA.
