After an all ages program on the role of multiculturalism in nonviolence, we commemorate the victims of the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and renew our pledge for peace. We highlight the connections between tolerance and peace, not only internationally, but in Milwaukee and our personal interactions as well. The event culminates with the beautiful ceremony of floating candle-lit lanterns on the Milwaukee River.
