Man Gets Arrested Twice In 1 Day By Whitefish Bay Officers: Cops
Police in Whitefish Bay say a man was arrested outside the CVS, and later for stealing a bike once he was released the first time.
WHITEFISH BAY, WI -- Police in Whitefish Bay say a 38-year-old Milwaukee man has been arrested in a retail theft case on April 13 and that the 37-year-old Milwaukee man he was with was also arrested twice in the same day.
According to reports, officers responded to CVS Pharmacy, 240 E. Hampton just after 1:30 p.m. on a report that a man stole liquor from the pharmacy.
Reports stated the man was arrested a short distance away after police say he stole nine bottles of liquor for a total value of $285.02

He was arrested for retail theft/habitual criminality, bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A 37-year-old Milwaukee man was also arrested in the case on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia. According to police reports, when he was released from jail later that day, officers on patrol spotted him with a black and white Genesis men's mountain bike, which he did not have when he was released.

According to reports, police questioned the man, who admitted to taking the bike from a high school bike rack. He was arrested again, this time on suspicion of theft.
