Multiple Reports of Suspicious Door-to-Door Magazine Salesmen Operating in Whitefish Bay
Three men - all from different states - were arrested and cited for soliciting without a permit. One salesman had marijuana hid in his sock.

WHITEFISH BAY -- There were two reports of suspicious out-of-town door-to-door salesmen trying to sell magazines in Whitefish Bay on Aug. 30.
The first incident took place on the 500 block of E. Carlisle Ave. in which a caller said a black male suspect was going door-to-door selling magazines. Mario Massenburg, 25, Illinois, was arrested and cited for soliciting without a permit.
In the second incident, police responded to the 4700 block of N. Cramer St. on a report of multiple suspicious persons soliciting for magazine sales in the area. They were reported as being aggressive and rude toward residents.

Police took Louis De Jesus, 24, Florida, and Xavier Willis, 28, New York, into custody for also soliciting without a permit.
At the Whitefish Bay police department, 0.5 grams of Marijuana was found in De Jesus's sock. He was cited for possession of THC.
